CASTELLI believes in everything they create. It's a testament to our continuous commitment to researching and developing new, technologically advanced garments to enhance your performance with maximum comfort. If you encounter any quality or performance issues, we are committed to resolving them. 

Any item showing a manufacturing defects within the 1st 12 months or purchase are eligible for a warranty claim. CASTELLI handles their own warranty claims, and the following steps are required to follow their procedures:

  1. Complete the FORM on this link.
  2. Within 24 hours you will get an email asking for the following information: PROOF OF PURCHASE, IMAGES OF THE FAULT (3 X CLEAR IMAGES) OR VIDEO OF FAULT. In the interim after completing point 1 please get this information ready. 
  3. Once we receive the information in point 2 we will submit to CASTELLI within 24 hours. 
  4. CASTELLI's turnaround time on reply and resolution is 72 hours from receiving the information from point 2. 
  5. Should your warranty claim be accepted, we will arrange collection of your defective items and send out your replacement items and / or supply you with a website credit for the value you paid for your item.
