Returns and Exchanges

 

EXCHANGE, REFUND AND RETURN POLICY 

At CASTELLI SA we strive to make online shopping a smooth and hassle-free experience.

We understand that buying online can be tricky without having seen the actual product or trying it on. With that in mind, we happily accept returns and exchanges based on a few T&C's listed below:

Refunds/Exchanges:

You may return your goods within 30 days of your purchase date for refund or exchange provided the item have not been worn or damaged in any way.

Any free promotional gift must also be included in the return.

All items must be returned in its original CASTELLI packaging with barcode sticker including all original labels and pins attached to the garment. No items rinsed, washed or smelling of deodorant or perfume will be accepted.

Refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original transaction (IE card or cash).

Items bought on SALE or any reduced price may only be returned within 14 days of purchase for an exchange only.

How to Return a Product? 

Returns Policy:

All returns must be accompanied by your original order confirmation or return confirmation. Goods need to be unused, in a resaleable condition, and have all tags/labels still attached with the red pin as received in the original packaging.

Please use the RETURN LINK at the bottom of the Home Page or at the bottom of this page, to arrange for the return and or swop.

Once approved:

Place the product together with original tags and packaging along with your completed returns document and original order confirmation in the bag and return the item/s directly to the address below.

All refunds will only be done once we receive the item/s back and they are inspected. All refunds are done on the 1st Friday after the return is received.

All exchange and / or swops will be sent out at CASTELLI SA's expense once the returned goods have been inspected and meet the return criteria.

Which items cannot be exchanged or refunded?

  1. Items marked as “SALE” may not be refunded, but we will gladly exchange the product at the sale price paid if exchanged within 4 days of purchase.
  2. Product without original price tags and packaging attached
  3. Product that has been altered, washed, or abused.
  4. Gift Cards.
